Wholemovement

Students learned how to use a compas to create a circle - four to be exact!
Four circles with the same radius or diameter.
After a short lesson on color theory, students were asked to paint
and illustrate color theory on one side of their four circles.

Then, we turned the paper over, and created variuos line designes, (now, creatively called "zentangles") on each circle.
When finished, we cut each circle out and folded each circle in half, then each semi-circle in thirds.
Using oragami principles, we inverted each fold (mountain and valley) to form a tetrahedra.
We glued all four tetrahedras together to form and complete our sphere.
