Please consider the following waiver: I give Beyond the Beanstock permission to photograph my child's art products to promote "Beyond the Beanpod". I undersatnd such images will only be used to promote "Beyond the Beanpod" and I hereby give my permission to use such material without further claim on my part.

- S/he is willing to waive, realse and hold Kim Temple and Beyond the Beanpod (its agents and employees) harmless from all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages and costs that may arise from any and all injuries and damages sustained while attending camp.

Behavior Policy
Beyond the Beanstalk provides instruction and encouragement in a safe environment to develop young artists. Please review and discuss the following behavior expectations with your child to ensure their understanding and willingness to meet our standards of behavior. Beyond the Beanpod will take action as necessary to adhere to this policy for the enjoyment and protection of all their students.
